Child Hope

This children’s hospital was located at an altitude of 1100 metres, in healthy, thin air. Under the Italian sun, tempered by the fresh mountain air, a better place for healing was unthinkable. In the deserted dormitories, you can still see the remnants of the beds. Where once many children’s laughter could be heard, the combination with the dilapidated halls now makes for an oppressive sight.
